Meet the Creative Behind Cecile Creative

In recent months I have noticed many people looking for vendors around me. With the platform that I have I realized, I can do that. Promoting local businesses has been on my mind a lot recently because as a small Mobile, Alabama photographer one recommendation can impact a vendors life in many ways. In the reading below I met with a local Mobile, Alabama vendor Abigail Bolton who is a wedding content creator. Abigail was very precise with her answers and provided sincere and informative commentary as to why it is important to have a content creator at your wedding.

“What inspired you to become a wedding content creator?”

Abigail shared that she was introduced to the wedding industry while working alongside her Aunt, Rae Leytham during her sophomore year of high school. At the time, she was capturing behind-the-scenes content. What started as simple behind-the-scenes videos quickly turned into something much bigger. Abigail fell in love with documenting the in-between, candid moments that often go unseen.

“How would you describe your content style?”

Her goal is for every couple to not just see their wedding day again, but to truly feel it.
She wants couples to remember the atmosphere of the day — the excitement, the energy, and even the small details that might otherwise be forgotten.
Abigails goal is to naturally blend into the wedding day without becoming intrusive. As well as working closely alongside photographers and planners to capture authentic moments as they unfold naturally.

“What is something couples may not realize about having a content creator?”

Many couples do not fully realize how special it is to have instant access to wedding memories until the day is over. While professional galleries and wedding films are incredibly important, there is something emotional about waking up the next morning and immediately reliving moments from your wedding day.
She shared that many of her couples tell her they love watching moments they did not even realize were happening.
“Many of my brides tell me they return to their highlight reels time and time again”.
She believes capturing the wedding day from angles and moments couples may completely miss while living in the excitement of it all is the most important aspect of content creation.

“What are your favorite moments to capture?”

For her, the getting-ready portion of the day.
She called it “the calm before the storm,” which honestly feels like the perfect way to describe it.
Those moments are often quieter and more emotional — the conversations with bridesmaids, final touches of makeup, handwritten notes, and all the anticipation leading up to the ceremony.
